"YES! I WANT TO BE THE FIRST ONE NOTIFIED!"My Story
About 12 years ago, my wife asked me: “Did you really have to buy another shirt? And in my heart I knew the answer was yes! Because I couldn’t close my top button anymore. My shirts were too tight around the waist and uncomfortable to wear. My oldest child was about 3 years old and my second was just born. For the next few years, my family needed me strong, full of energy and endurance. And in years to come, I wanted to see my kids create their own path in life. I had to make a decision right there and then: Continue my sedentary lifestyle, or be an active dad, who makes time to exercise and live a healthy life. I chose to be active and healthy. Now, years later, with another recent addition to our family, I found my sport. I allocated time to consistently exercise at least 2 times a week. I feel strong and healthy. Years later, with a new addition to the family, I've found my sport. I consistently allocate time to exercise at least twice a week. I feel strong and healthy most of the time—because parenting isn't perfect, and neither is exercising as a busy dad.
